Photography Terms of Service: By booking a session or downloading images you agree to these terms and conditions

Booking & Payment. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due on or before the session/event date. No images will be delivered until payment is complete. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once (with at least 48 hours’ notice) without an additional fee. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule in case of illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions. Image Delivery Standard turnaround. Rush delivery may be available for an added fee. Images will be delivered via an online gallery/download link. Usage Rights Photographer retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal print and digital use license. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Model Release By booking, you grant permission for images to be used in photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Liability Photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the session. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to refund of payments received.
